        When we had laminate and lino installed, they didnt book the installers which meant we had a last minute booking. The laminate is good, but the beading is terrible and poor quality as it is flaking the white paint from the wood. The lino was not cut correctly and subsequently we will be getting new lino from a company that knows what they are doing. It was a shame as they had good sales staff but the install really let them down.

        Passed on our personal information when we were promised it would be destroyed in a couple of days. We felt very uncomfortable passing on our personal details and made this clear but Nick was extremely persistent. The quote that we were given was extortionate. We then realised that Nick, had got his measurements completely wrong and over charged us We went to another carpet shop and got a more expensive carpet but it cost us 200 less than Tapi because the gentleman in this shop was more professional and did his maths properly. They also didnt ask once for our personal details. They were very sensitive with our information and we felt comfortable and safe with them. We trusted them and they got a sale. Nick and your staff made us feel very uncomfortable. I would advise vulnerable people to avoid at all costs

        Excellent service and quality carpets! After visiting lots of carpet shops and having no luck we popped into Tapi. They had exactly what we wanted and many more options too. Well priced and great expertise from the team in store! The fitting is incredible too, not a single imperfection.
