I took the wife's laptop in as it would not power up. Left it with them for 24 hours. They couldn't get it working, but said it would cost too much to repair. They were really honest and advised me that 1 of the boards had gone. They were so good I purchased a refurb laptop off them. There was no hard sell. Brilliant service
