I would highly recommend Jones Estate Agents who have provided us with a professional service, managing our property for many years now. When we have requested information it has always promptly been provided, and they have been very good at providing us with advice and keeping us on track with up to date requirements needed when renting out the property. Thank you for the many years of service, its been a pleasure and very much appreciated.

They do not update there website. I've been in over a week ago enquiring about properties and was told they had been let. They are still advertising them to let now.

Just over 20 years ago I started working with Sean and Jan, and just this last week, they helped me sell my last property in the UK. It all started with them helping me purchase my first home in Stockton, and quickly moved to helping me navigate becoming a landlord of several properties. They were always a great help, and pointed me in the direction of many properties that made me a healthy rental income in addition to a profit upon resale. My first sports car was purchased because of a six month flip of a Middlesbrough property recommended by Sean, and ultimately, the money I made from selling my rental properties helped me buy my Glasgow penthouse and then finally my dream home in the US, so it was a fun journey that has helped me to where I am now, for which I am very grateful. Not very helpful I am afraid I was very disappointed I wanted to view a property to rent but I was expected to complete a rental application form prior to the appointment which I find totally unacceptable and unnecessary I will go to another estate agent
