        09MAR23 - 0730 HRS - I have eventually taken delivery of the sideboard which is large and extremely heavy. I live on my own and was not warned that it would be left in its box and a separate box of doors. I am now expected to somehow remove it from its box and attach the doors. I have never had furniture delivered in this way. John Lewis have just delivered an ottoman bed and the two delivery men built it in situ. Michael O'Connor should warn customers about this. After sales service for on-line sales is extremely poor. Very poor response to emails. I cannot take delivery of my expensive sideboard as I am currently abroad. The next delivery date - over a month away. Not impressed and will not buy from this company again.
