UK Assistance

Following NON FAULT accident the other vehicles insurance Churchill Insurance contacted me that same day and offered to do all repairs at no cost using DLG Auto Services Teesside Branch who contacted me within 24hrs of the accident as the preferred repairer. Car was collected and Hire car dropped of by Thrifty. They estimate the repair would take 22 days as it was over the Easter weekend. Car was repaired 2 days ahead of schedule and looked like a new car when it was delivered. Great customer service throughout the whole process with regular updates and full paperwork detailing the repairs made plus 5 year guarantee. A credit to the team and site manager Chris West. Initially i was very pleased with DLG. The service was fast, efficient and extremely professional.I was about to rate them 10/10. Then i realised that they had fitted the back screen wiper the wrong way, which meant that it did not wipe the window but the tale gate. I found out they had done this as i was driving down the motop way in the early hours of the morning in very heavy rain. NOT GOOD DLG Where was the Quality Control of work carried out .

In what world is it acceptable to drill holes into somebody's really expensive number plate, which was quite clearly glued on to the bumper?! Disgusting laziness and disregard for the customers property - do not use.
