        From start to finish Swainstons Ltd have been a great company. Really good communication with top notch customer service coupled with a great standard of knowledge. The tradesmen on fitting a full house of windows and doors were professional, well mannered with good trade practices. I would use this company again without a second thought.         Worst company ever. Fitted back door, Mechanism went within few weeks. Been trying to get it fixed since December 2021. Been lied to, never turned up 8 times, lies saying they ordered new mechanism. Never return calls. Reported to trading standards. Now Im going to phone a independent company and send them the invoice
