        Absolutely awful !! Staff totally rude and incompetent I wouldnt ask them to look after my cat!

        My mam (Hilda) has just left but wanted to leave this review: There is not a card I could buy that would say the words that I feel about the care and attention I received from you all. The service was 2nd to none and the food better than any 5 star restaurant. I want to thank all from the bottom of my heart for looking after me so well and God bless you all xx

        HORRENDOUS PLACE How they assessed our Mam within 5 days off going. Then finding out the sedated her. Then when we took her out to take to maple now (who are all lovely ) to get call from docs to say she had water infection. So wudnt been possible to do assessment.

        Absolutely terrible place. The staff don't do their jobs properly, they even single other staff members out and bully them to tears. I've seen it all for myself. Absolutely terrible

        Cannot thank the staff at Rosedale enough for their professionalism and compassion in helping my father in law recover from a stroke. In a very short time, they got to know him well and were very informative and supportive in assessing his needs and transition home.
