        Bought a fire surround from this company and paid 1400. My husband was there when it got fitted and has eyesight problems. After been fitted when I got home from work after doing a 12 hour shift I noticed a small chip on the side. Emailed the company and they replied it was fine when it left the company.After emailing them back we had no reply. Emailed again and they just not replying. The men that fitted noticed the chip took a photo of the chip and said he would report this back to them. Im getting so frustrated with them but they are not replying at all. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

        Cannot praise this company enough. Dan and Danny very helpful in showroom. Nothing was any trouble. Andrew and his team Anth and Toby did the installation, absolutely brilliant. Over the moon with the fire. Andrew and team cleaned up, you wouldn't know they had been. No hesitation in recommending this company. Brilliant. Thank you all.
