HOWEVER
A few months down the line and the frame developed a squeaking noise.
OF sent out a surveyor who informed us that a part in the frame had broken inside and would need fixing.
.
We have phoned homeserve several times, just to be told that they have to wait for OF to give the go ahead for the repair work to be carried out.
We were hoping that OF would have felt with this.
4 weeks on and we are no further forward and have received no contact from OF.
Very disappointed and the service we have received and this has put us off shopping there again
