Acorn Lettings and Sales

IF YOUR LOOKING FOR A 1ST RATE COMPANY, LOOK ELSEWHERE. I have been waiting for repairs to the boiler and other parts of the house for 10 months, the owner of Acron is fully aware but refuses to do anything at all. My advice, go to a professional lettings agent that understands their obligations to their tennants. This one sucks. By reading other reviews the lack of repair and the denial of knowledge of the repairs seems to be normal(Collen Green review). Its obvious that the laws, rules and regulations that govern the letting industry are being ignored by Acorn. I have also been threatened with eviction because I have left a review.

I have just used Acorn lettings as we had to relocate quickly due to my husbands job. Acorn was very helpful, professional, efficient and friendly. I mainly dealt with Andrea who was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help me be able to move into our new property on time. Andrea understood exactly the type of property that we were looking for and contacted me as soon as she had the perfect listing, which u can happily call home now. I can not speak highly enough of Acorn and in particular Andrea.

Excellent all round service. I was in desperate need to get out my previous home due to a nightmare neighbour and they did everything they could to work within my tinescale. Much better than any other estate agents in the teesside area. Would highly recommend.

Rebecca is an absolute angel and a huge asset to Acorn lettings. This is the best letting agents weve been with by a landslide and weve been with a lot (property changed hands about four times) I really hope we continue to stay with Acorn as its been such a fantastic service. I would recommend them to anyone. Ive only really interacted with Rebecca on the team but she is a wonderfully compassionate, intuitive and friendly person who has helped us so much with maintenance issues in a speedy and professional manner.
