They couldn't provide anaesthetic when I was in pain. How was I supposed to let the nurse do her procedure when I was in so much pain then? No wonder I went to hospital in the end. Being in pain isn't some sort of joke.

My daughter went here after a severe flare up skin reaction and after an hour & half of waiting, told "You'd be better off seeing your own doctor". & that was it! Ended up nipping into the pharmacy on The Glebe where, the pharmacist saw just how bad and in pain she was & told her she NEEDS to get her doctor to issue a prescription asap. This he did & said that if she hadn't, she would have ended up with a severe infection in her arms which may have hospitalised her! So if you want this centre to play with your life/health, then continue to use it as they honestly haven't a clue what they are doing!!
