Absolutely brilliant. Bridges have support myself over the past 5years even through covid 19 keeping in touch via the phone.I strongly recommend their services if you are being affected by anyone in your family who has an addiction with drugs or alcohol.

I have dealt with this service a few times and I can say that they are pretty unprofessional. They go around thinking that they are like The Police or some sort of big authority but they don't have any real power, they are mainly just an advocacy service. They can be a bit sneaky on how they try to obtain information as well. I say all of this as being a worker out in the community so I know what they are like first hand.

They can be quite demanding on the phone. From what I have been told "Bridges runs most of Stockton-on-Tees and what they say goes". Sometimes they request things that cannot be done but expect people to help out regardless. They need to work on their phone manner and also how they approach situations. When it comes to communication and paperwork they are much better at getting things done compared to others.
