        Absolutely first rate customer service, and a really pleasant place to visit. The staff here are all so friendly, and really go the extra mile to help. It's completely different from the depressing couldn't care less attitude of staff at a rival bank that is currently across the road, but soon to move to new premises in Wellington Square.

        I was being scammed over the Internet although I did not know it at the time. The bank telephoned me and put me through to their Fraud Team while the scam was still going on. In short, they stopped the scam and was reimbursed the money to my account. I am truly grateful for their quick response.
