        I recently purchased a Geneva Oldroyd Cardinal cornet from Geneva band room. The whole process has been spot on. Before buying I had several email exchanges and then a long chat on the phone with Tim Oldroyd, I found him very knowledgeable, open and pleasant. There was no rush with the decision making, and as a result of try before you buy offered, and listening to Richard marshal's video I went ahead and ordered. The cornet came well packed - and on opening the case I was so impressed with the immediate sight of the cornet - fantastic aesthetics, and nice to hold in the hand. The build quality, sound, tuning and intonation is beyond amazing. I have been playing cornet now for 49 years as a front row player from second section to Championship, played most brands of cornets, but this one excites me - I love it!

        Just went in on spec asking about lessons and groups. Very very helpful man behind the counter. Told us about groups that are going on in the area and about there lessons that they hold time to time. Lovely man to chat to.
