        Provided a quote which was honoured and paid into my account very promptly. No charge made for collection either. Very easy to contact by phone and email. I can't fault the service and would recommend them without hesitation. I look forward to dealing with HiFisound again.

        Staff were incredibly kind when I went in for a few RCA cables. I was prepared to pay for them however they insisted I take them for free. Store had a really nice environment and staff seemed really knowledgeable - would recommend.

        Product Recieved as described, was suppose to have been home delived but due to mix up this never went ahead as planned however Hifisound sent it via courier and still arrived same day as planned, great service and price highly recommended if your in the market for a new upgrade.

        Served by Stephen, top quality customer service. I purchased a stylus for my turntable and when I attached the stylus it was jumping and skating across my vinyl records. I telephoned Hifi Sound and was told to bring my turntable in the branch as could not advise over the phone. I attended Hifi Sound and was served by Stephen who rectified my issue and my turntable works perfect. Stephen made me feel at home, explained the issue and I received a top quality customer service from Stephen. Thank Stephen definitely will be returning.
