        I took my PC and to be fixed He said he would have a go and if you could not do it he wouldn't charge He couldn't fix it he made it worse than it was when it went into the shop And then got angry with me for wasting his time because I didn't give him any money because he didn't fix my PC he was basically saying I've wasted time trying to fix it I should get something at least, which was clearly not the deal he arranged when I took the laptop in originally. "If I can't fix it no charge" he has a dog in the shop which knocks computer bits all over the place so he has a problem finding things he couldn't find the screws out of my computer or the power lead I got my computer back and fixed and worse than when it went into the shop I got my power lead back a week later when he found it. the most unprofessional shop I have ever been in, nevermind unprofessional computer shop, it is the most unprofessional shop I've ever been in.....
