        well its a homless hostel so 3 stars but if your staring up from a hostel point of view its tge beat one in stockton.

        Allowing residents to leave at 2am with known mental health problems. Someone trying to get clean and live a normal life, being offered drugs within 24hrs. Then staff kick them out when concerns are raised stated "well she doesn't have to be here" rather than fixing the issue.
