        AWFUL COMMUNICATION. as soon as he has taken your money the interest goes out the window. Been trying to get the carpet fitter to come round and fix the lifts in the carpet and to finish the job for weeks. Please don't be naive like myself and shop around. Go elsewhere !

        Visited store today and found to be extremely unhelpful and had a bad attitude towards my nearly 90 year old Grandmother who was unsure of what she wanted. Took no interest from the moment we walked in. Just sat there on his phone even after my Nana requested help just replied very bluntly. Admitting the fact he wasnt very helpful clearly didnt want to give us the time of day. Will not be purchasing flooring from this company.
