    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!! We ordered 2 items on 21st Oct 16 for delivery on 27th Oct 16. "usually dispatched within 24 hours" On the 26th we called to make sure they had sent it as our order status hadn't changed. They said being dispatched on that day and would be with us Thursday/ Friday. I called Friday morning and the guy said it would be with us the following week, but would call Royal Mail to check, and ring back. He didnt!. I over two hours later and spoke with a lady who seemed to think I was being awkward, but in reality just questioning her answers. Has it been dispatched? I dont know, it doesn't say on the system but the warehouse have clicked on it so it must have. Can I have the tracking number? We get things signed for only so we can tell when you will get it. Why was your colleague calling Royal Mail then? We have a special number we can use to see which depot the delivery is at. So it is tracked? No, You are being difficult! No I am trying to find out when I will get the things I ordered which are past my delivery date , and you dont have a clue where things are at!!!

    I can honestly say this was the worst experience ever. When we first ordered the bath we were told we did not require a front panel so did not purchase one. After a number of days we had not had a call from the company to discuss the order / deliver so rang to see what was going on. We were told the order was on hold as we required a front panel and they wanted to know if we needed one or not. I explained the previous conversation and was told this was wrong and we did indeed need the panel. I explained that we would not have ordered if we knew this as ordering the extra panel meant they were no longer the cheaper option and were basically told it was too late. We paid the extra and had the suite delivered. A few days later the plumber opened up the pallet containing the suite and told me although the side panel was in there we had not had the end panel delivered. My wife emailed the company to explain and was told she should not have signed for the goods if they were not all there. she responded to say she is 39 weeks pregnant and not in a position to be sifting through bathroom good and it was not there. She was then essentially told she was lying. I called to follow up this complaint and was told I would be called with a resolution the same day... no call came. I emailed that evening saying I have not had a call and please could someone follow up.... we are now 48 hours later and no call back. I have just rang them again and been told that the person dealing with it is off on a half day so nothing will be done. DO NOT USE.
