Brilliant service when in a mental health crisis.

Was diagnosed with ASD then dropped cold tofurkey (the care coordinator suddenly left their job and I was not given a different person) from their services with no help or way to progress my care. My advocate had to refer me for social work help as I'm disabled, and today I received a letter from wessex house telling me I have an assessment where they turn up to my home without consent, and to phone if it is not appropriate, with no email on the paper or website to get in touch. The irony being the reason I need a social worker is because I cannot use the phone!!!

Very poor understsnding of mental health and autism and raynauds they just blame it on mental health saying im coping fine when mentally im not coping fine they are only 6 appointments dont feel listened to buy the mental health nurse or my social worker they do nothing right and are not very helpfull

Psychological department Is brilliant. Reception team are lovely and helpful. Emma is great, easy to talk to, professional and helpful.

I was diagnosed with ADHD last year, 44, and life has been a real struggle to say the least. I'm finally being listened to. Dr Ranson has been amazing, he listens, is proactive and I'm so grateful!
