THEY DO NOT RESPECT THEY OWN WARRANTY !! Before you decided to use this garage to fix your car , take into consideration that they not part of The Motor Ombudsman. My car go to this garage after accident ( Wing and few scratches- look picture) First they had car for over 3 weeks in February. When came to collect the car I didn't notice match as it was all covered is some greasy stuff . It was also very sunny . Get back home and look on it later on , and noticed that they not only spray part they replaced , but also half of the door , and half or the bonnet ( for no reason). It's a completely different colour, and panel they replaced in not quite in place ( seams loose) . Both wheels get damage on impact , but only one tyre replaced . After many phonecalls with them and insurance company , another booking was made . When I came they didn't have any hire car for me , and didn't really want to take car it ( I'm not local ) . Instead they booked me in the middle of April . Ian promise that they get it all fixed , they this worng paint will be removed and everything will be fixed . He asked me to bring wheels with me ( accident happened on brand new winter wheels ) so they can refurbishe them , shame they didn't . Looks like someone try to straight them with the hammer ( shocking) . Paint hasn't been removed , instead they decided to cover everything with another paint ( still don't much ) , this time they spray whole bonnet ,and whole bumper ( with no preparation) . Look on pictures . Instead of replacing damage plastic parts ( wheel arch ) ,they just cut broken parts off .. For them this is fine , and they not interested fixing mistakes they've done . Hope that someone will help me . I will strongly recommend this garage to insurance companies, accident helplines etc.and other cowboys on the market. They do it cheep ignoring non visible damage , paint don't have to much they still happy to change like for professional job . Not friendly at all . Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Painting
