I placed an order on the 31 October (today is 28 November) and I've still not received my goods. I have phoned approximately 7 times and have been kept on hold for no less than 9 minutes on every call. I've been passed from pillar to post and have been promised a call back to resolve the matter on every occasion. Needless to say, I have not yet received ANY call back and still have not received my goods. On contacting customer services today, I have been informed that they are not currently accepting incoming calls as they are too busy. I'd strongly recommend that others steer well clear of this company or run the risk of ending up in a similar situation. Very dissatisfied with every aspect of this transaction.
