        The arm of my expensive designer glasses broke off. Still being under guarantee they ordered a new pair telling me they will call me when they arrive in about 5 working days. It has now been 10 working days and no phone call. I have rang them four times today and no one is answering the phone. Not impressed.

        I had the best experience when I purchased 3 pairs of glasses with boots opticians in Stockton On Tees, Wellington square. Ingrid, who served me made it the most pleasant experience, she helped me choose, gave me facts of why it is best to go for prescription lenses in my reading ones, and told me how to look after my glasses. She is fun and very professional. Thank you Ingrid, you are a credit to Boots Opticians.

        Ive just received the very best of service from Michelle at the Stockton branch, who went the extra mile to find some documentation on their computer system relating to an order for glasses I made at another branch at the other end of the country 8 years ago! Thank you so much.
