Be prepared for them to lie to you with regards how long the wait will be just to get the business!! I was told around 45 minutes but left after 2hrs without the car being seen and went to Derek Campbell's for a much more professional service!!

Protyre or Slowtyre?!? I booked online and felt like the price was pretty competitive as I got 40 off on a spring sale. However, it all went downhill as soon as I arrived at the Stockton branch. My car was booked in @ 2.30pm today (31/03/23) for 4 tyres to be replaced and I arrived 15 mins earlier as specified on my order email. I was advised by front desk upon arrival that it would be another hour on top of my pre-booked slot, which was disappointing as it was booked 2 days ago. I could see it was busy as there were at least 4 customers in front of me so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. At 3.30pm I approached the front desk as there were still customers in front of me waiting. I overheard some customers had to wait more than 3 hours for a routine tyre change. This does not feel acceptable. Staff seemed unmotivated and disinterested in their waiting customers. After an hour, I was advised by a young man with a beard slumped in the chair behind the counter that they were short staffed and then said my car was next. In total it took 2 hours 15 minutes for 4 tyres to be changed and I eventually left at 4.30pm. Frankly I found the wait times unacceptable and this has put me off becoming a return customer. 1 star given for price / offer. Wouldnt recommend due to long wait times.
