Salesperson, Stephen Fitzpatrick, was very knowledgeable and spent a great deal of time with us. Ultimately bought a furniture item at a discount and the salesperson got his commission. Everybody happy.

We recently visited Furniture Village and were welcomed to store by Toni Blackett. She was very professional and extremely knowledgeable about the variety of products we looked at and offered excellent guidance to ensure we found the right product for our needs. Tonis customer service was excellent, she was very approachable and personable, a credit to the Furniture Village team. Thank you so much for you help, very much appreciated.

First time I have bought something from furniture village. After 6 months I have had 7 repairs and a chair not fit for purpose. Their customer service was the worst I have ever come across with staff giving wrong info, not returning emails, not keeping to deadlines and just plain rude. Absolutely appalled by this organisation. Update they contacted me after this post to see if they could resolve the issue. I have not contacted them as they had lots of opportunities to resolve the issue. It would seem they now want to get involved following a public bad review... says it all to me !!

I cant thank Simon enough for his help, when I was placing my order at end of Jan. Thankfully, I knew exactly which model I required, for my complex needs; having spent an afternoon on a friends suite. Simon was incredibly understanding, very helpful, caring & not the least bit pressurising. He went out of his way to give me as much time as I needed to relax, ensure I was comfortable & joints/body well supported (essential factor). He even helped advise on fabric choice as I have pets. Its just been delivered - ahead of time too! Im absolutely thrilled. Thank you SO much Simon. Would give you 7* if I could!

We were very professionally helped by Simon to select the best bed. He shared all the needed information and assisted in our choice without it ever feeling as if he was pushing us for a specific sale. There was a good choice available on display that hugely assisted to make this an easy purchase. The coffee offered added to the good experience.
