Do NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!! Ordered food at 11pm, estimated to arrive by 12:45am. 1am and no food. 1:10am, no food, I called the restaurant and he said very rudely its in the way without even asking an address. Its now 1:55am and still no food, have tried re calling the restaurant and its now closed. Not happy at all will not be using them again!

So I ordered a takeaway last night and it was late so I ordered it from Alis pizzeria in Stockton. I waited 1 and a half hours for it then the driver phoned me and told me he couldn't find my flat so he just delivered it somewhere else. I phoned the takeaway up and he said it's been delivered and there's nothing he could do because it was delivered. I contacted foodhub and they have taken his word for it and are refusing to refund me. I checked the reviews on Google and apparently they do this all the time to customers. Don't order from there. I think I dodged a bullet in the long run judging by the reviews

To be totally honest the food is nice but the delivery timing is not good they seriously need to get more drivers and resolve the delivery issues as I know its not easy to employ delivery drivers who are willing to work late I understand the frustration and the problem but I hope they can resolve the problem
