Glazing Repair Specialist

We have recently had Paul come and fix a window and a set of French doors. Paul was very professional and did an excellent job, replacing the window hinges and realigning our french doors. A very reasonable price for the repairs and a really nice bloke.

Don't get this guy. I got him to fix and replace some windows for a house in Hartlepool. He seemed to offer the cheapest solution and without having to replace full windows so it seemed like a great solution. Unfortunately on the window at the front he left the old deteriorated black rubber and also even some of it missing. I had already told him before he was due to replace the glass about this and I hoped he would look at it then, but sadly it seemed he was more about a bodge it and leg it job and demanding immediate payment that day despite the incomplete job. Maybe you get what you pay for? And he was cheapest. So to get this sorted I told him I have some other properties in the North East need looking at. I was prepared to get him to fix it and also use him for my other properties. Because trusted relationships for long term work makes sense and dealing with problems. Well he seemed committed to his incomplete work rather than a long term business relationship as he ignored both my messages and didn't talk when he realised he accidentally called me! Very disappointing. Don't use if you are looking for a 10 year guarantee on work as he plays hide and seek after he has taken your money!!

I have used Paul on several glazing repair jobs over the years including refitting new UPVC windows on commercial premises ,installing new UPVC windows & patio doors on my domestic premises.Plus other minor repair work to existing windows.On every occasion Paul could not have been more helpful or obliging in carrying out the work perfectly at the agreed price within the agreed timescale to a level of quality of installation beyond reproach. I could certainly recommend him if you are looking for a pleasant obliging quality installer who considers going the extra mile with his good service as the norm .
