        Amazing service, Stuart helped me as I needed to change my car (for a new job) sooner than expected and he sorted out the finance issues to make it feasible to do. I feel really reassured as Lexus produce cars of outstanding quality and the customer service matches. Would recommend to anyone, I was treated really well.

        This dealership was absolutely fantastic. James Layfield was extremely courteous. I was made to feel extremely comfortable and never felt pressured into making any decisions I wasn't 100% happy with. I was given full transparency on my deal and what I was able to afford with my budget. I was given more options than I thought was available. I drove away in my new car within 48 hours of entering the dealership. Stu was very professional in explaining the details of my deal and James made sure I drove away in my dream Car! And the gift I received was a fantastic personal touch. Thank you very much Mr Layfield I look forward to seeing you again.

        Stepped in when Stoneacre Volvo couldn't get me a fast MOT... only downside was lack of heating while waiting... coffee kept me warm though
