I have been buying Land Rover / Jaguar cars from this dealership for many years. The experience of picking up your car is one of life's real pleasures, the reveal of your shiny new car, from under cover in the showroom is one to be savoured. Have to say I'm no longer impressed with the handover of new cars. Picked up a Discovery 4 new in 2016 with mud spatter on the sills, some may think this trivial however many will agree it's not good enough for any dealer let alone a high end one. I went to other dealers for a time as a result. Decided to go back and picked up a new Discovery on 26/04 only to find the car sat in the rain in the customer car park. Guess it's back to Ripon or Pickering again

DISGRACEFUL Company - SELL FAULTY VEHICLES. My wife recently bought a 2 year old "approved" LR Evoque - It broke down after driving out of the showroom, since then landcover have tried to repair the vehicle and failed 4 times. It has spent 4 months in the garage and we have not been able to use the car. We are now returning the vehicle to the dealers as it is not fixable - the communication throughout this entire ordeal has been nonexistent. Although they have accepted to return the vehicle, the managers both VINCE and BOB are refusing to answer our calls or call back. We have called multiple times every day for the past 3 weeks to arrange the final return details and they are refusing to call back despite saying every day they would. The managers are apparently "snowed under" but they are exploiting the fact that we do not live locally so we cannot physically go to the showroom. Ive never experience such an absolute disregard for customers experience in any business in any industry in my entire life. I would NOT recommend in any way even walking into this dealership, if something goes wrong with your vehicle you're on your own. We're now having to take this through the courts to re-coop the thousands of pounds in losses and damages we've suffered over the past 5 months.
