Tracey provided lots of ideas for our master bedroom and definitely has an eye for detail. Both Reuben and Tracey came out to measure up for curtains and then fit bespoke headboard etc once everything was ready. Absolutely love my new boutique luxury bedroom. Thanks Tracey and Reub

During the order process, very friendly and helpful. We ordered curtains for an entire new 5 bed house, including all bathrooms and kitchen and garden room and accent cushions. They were busy so the job would be completed in stages. We placed a considerable deposit and paid again in advance as each room was completed prior to install. The last "phase" included the garden room, where we had ordered two sets of wall to wall curtains aside a window, and a pair of wall to wall curtains over the doors. Again we paid up front prior to install which was to take place at 9am Saturday. The installation was delayed, as we now know, because the curtains were still being rush made, the morning of install. Unfortunately, one of the curtains next to the door is ot correctly made and is out of shape, and both of the wall to wall curtains next to the window, cover less that half of the wall. The installer and one of the owners "promised " both would be fixed. 6 months later, and after multiple calls and texts and 2 visits to the store, when neither owner was suddenly unavailable, we still have one damaged curtain, and two wrong sized curtains and we are still missing cushions we paid for. This order was in exces of twelve thousand pounds, and once they had our money, they list interest. Very very disappointing given what a good job they did elsewhere, but just lost interest once we had made the final payment.
