        Ive purchased a house on this new estate. In response to Andrews unfair 1 Star review below, its clearly stated on all literature and contracts that theres a maintenance fee for the upkeep of the common areas. The estate he is from all have an issue with this maintenance fee due to not reading contracts properly before exchanging. Cant fault Bellway so far or any of their on-site staff.
