Zero stars! First you leave a leaking tap for a week and a half, leave the carpet soaking wet, have told someone who is suffering with suicidal intentions that they are an attention seeker and a lier! Even though that person has proof!! the kitchen is never open, you've stopped doing food, bathroom is disgusting!, support worker needs to be sacked! How the hell can this company sleep at night while treating humans like this?!? The staff have NO empathy, NO time to actually support people, rude, dismiss everything as "your fault!" How can you help people better themselves when you lot just bring them down? Completely unacceptable!!

The staff go in your room and they leave your door unlocked so other service user can go in and take stuff out your room there no way of washing you clothes and there is not hot water in the rooms the cleaners are a joke can not even clean properly and they want 346 for a room a week over priced the houses are not looked after they are so dirty and filthy it a joke
