        My mother was discharged from hospital I phoned the office spoke to them thay said there was no carers coming at 4pm I thought it was very poor my mother has a toilet call but no call until tonight she has been in bed in hospital for nearly a fortnight very shocking and disgraceful I would not recommend this company at all

        Care .matters is don't care! My experience of them has been the most shocking . Sunday evening carer left the kitchen light on which was found by Mondays breakfast carer, today no lunch carer, phoned office and was told would ring me back. Still waiting at 16:00. Keep well clear of this lot.

        Thank you so much to 2 kind Care Matters carers outside Rimswell shops this morning. They didnt know me but sorted out my electric wheelchair that had a bike lock stuck around the motor wheel. I got home independently with my Assistance Dog. So impressed and grateful
