Still waiting for our refund! After ordering in January with no problem with delivery, this time the driver decided he could not fill the tank because the earth around it had collapsed lol. It is exactly the same as it has been for the last 7 years we have lived here. I would not order from this company again and we are still waiting for the refund as we can't order more fuel until our money is returned. Also please note that I would give no stars for this company who you can only contact by email and then they don't reply.

Despicable service! We ordered fuel on two separate occasions and neither of them turned up. First delivery we made when we noticed the oil level was low. To which no fuel turned up. We chased up (to which you cannot phone to talk to anyone as the number, which isnt even on their website, just tells you theyre busy and hangs up on you) and we werent even informed what the problem was, just the money refunded into our account. So we re-ordered, another two weeks goes by, we chase again and we were told there is insufficient access to the tank. Again, this is not the case, it is exactly the same access as it has been every other time. Plus, we have been at home as we have a newborn. It is clear to see that they did not have any deliveries in our area so just gave us some feeble excuse. They have left a family with a newborn and a toddler with no way to heat their house and have not even given an apology. Just blamed us for not being able to access the tank. Save your time and go with another company.

Nightmare no confirmed date until days later and then did not deliver as scheduled date with no communication or reschedule , when will we get our fuel ????will not be using again and dont recommend use unless you have all week to wait .

Ordered and paid for oil 2 weeks ago. We haven't received our oil. We are now without heating and hot water. We've had no response to our emails and the telephone number is just an automated message. I would avoid this company at all costs.
