On approaching company to inform them of my dissatisfaction, I heard a woman, (not speaking professional in the background) not willing to speak direct, it was all discussed via middle person, stating that the gun can only pierce in one area (this, in my opinion should have been stipulated).
Due to lack of communication and not offering any type of compensation, I would not use this company EVER again.
