        Amazing friendly trainers, who push you to your limits!! In a good way though I started in September and completed the Challenge, from there I was and hooked!! The classes are always different, everyone is friendly and supportive, I cant recommend highly enough

        I have been struggling to get weight off so decided to do the J2 4 weeks 10lb challange . I have really enjoyed the last weeks of exercise and following the plan . The classes were amazing and never had any class the same , joe & Jordon really push you , to get the best out of the classes and challenges . I will defiantly be sticking to it to get some more pounds of for the summer . I would highly recommend going to J2 , good session , 2 brilliant lads and make you feel Comfortable in every classes Thanks again to you both for pushing me to my limits
