        Hi I place an order flowers and a box of chocolates to be delivered in Thornaby on 19thdec at10am fr 45 i was promised that it will be delivered next day AM. And I asked if image of my order can be sent to me and the lady said no problem it will be sent. Unfortunately flowers and box of chocolates werent sent till 6pm the next day. Im disappointed with the service I received. They need to improve there service no image was sent and flowers were send very very later. I called the shop at 4pm to ask about my order and I was told its on van itll be delivered before 6pm. And the lady who answered the call was not polite at all. Not happy with the service I received.

        Beautiful floral wreath for a funeral. Fantastic customer service. Claire went above and beyond to help out, find the undertaker and arrange getting the flowers where they needed to be in time. Wonderful customer service and I was sent a picture of the flowers from my cousin and Claire did an OUTSTANDING job. 100% recommend.
