Khan's Fish Bar

This place must have new owners/staff as the food has significantly gone downhill over the last month or so. We've used this takeaway for the last year, always recommended it to everyone. After waiting 3 hours for the wrong and inedible food to be delivered last week, we decided to give it one last try last night (really don't want to believe our favourite takeaway has turned rubbish!) Paid 18 for fish&chips and kids parmo. It was awful, fish was raw, chips hard and parmo freezing cold. I rang the order then went to pick it up so that we wouldn't wait 3 hrs again. So have no idea why it wasn't hot still? I'm SO sad to say we just cannot waste anymore money in this place and gutted it's gone this bad. We won't be returning.

Waited nearly 2 hours for a magherita pizza and some chicken wings! Absolutely Shan!

Waited over 2 hours for cold food rang the shop after 1 hour they said food was on its way, 20 min after same answer after another 30 minutes they said again was on the way.... considering this shop is on ts18 3 and my house is ts19 9 according to google maps 8 minutes they could have simply told the true instead that say its on its way for over an hour on a 8 minutes trip. I know that sometimes get very busy as i own a takeaway in Stockton too but this do not give me the right to lie to the customer. Very disappointing

Have ordered from here for years. All of a sudden there are long wait times and online orders being refused. Won't be back and will use another more reliable take away. Not sure if there is a change in management or something going on but it's dreadful service all of a sudden.
