Waited over a year for sons PE kit, then when it arrived, was wrong size. Not like these at all, usually on top of the game. Must have been with opening town centre store.

Absolutely shocking service. Ordered beginning of July, still waiting for it. Been to the wellington square shop every week for the last 6 weeks. Was told it wasnt there, then 3 weeks ago told it had been archived. I said to the male serving me well if its here and archived why are you refusing to give me my order that Ive paid for. To be told he cant release it to me. Next week was told it was at the other shop yet they dont have it. Ive rang today to be told theyll ring Richardson road as its there, theyve been saying theyll ring for 2 weeks now so where is my order! Its disgusting when my daughter is now being punished in school by her teachers for not having her pe kit or full uniform. They wont accept that the company providing the uniform arent doing their job! I think Ill give trading standards a call as its just ridiculous now especially considering I have paid for this order when I made it.
