IWS carried out work on my flat. They moved some light switches and a wall thermostat controlling the central heating. Two weeks later the lights failed and after reporting the fault an appointment was made for them to return and repair it. Nobody turned up and calls to them went unanswered. I had to pay for another electrician to come and repair the lights. A week later I was testing the boiler and discovered that the thermostat wasn't working, therefore I had no heating. I again reported the fault and this time Ian did come and look at it. He claimed to have identified the fault and promised to return within 48 hours to repair it. I have not heard from him since and again he is refusing to return my calls and has ignored messages and e-mails. Again I shall have to pay another electrician to come out and repair my faulty electrics. So much for my guarantee!
