        Tried to charge, but waited for 5 mins to initialise charge. Then it timed out, tried again 3 times and each time the same response. Tried with a debit card also! Gave up and went somewhere else !

        First time using rapid charge. Bit of an issue with my card. Said not supported then 'try again' twice, finally accepted. Was checking charge on my phone and got a message saying initialising. Went to check and said charger fault. Moved to the next charger. Had exactly the same with my card. Super quick charge though. Between 95 and 124 mph! Have downloaded the instavolt app now so see if that helps.
