        Nice gentleman I dealt with earlier on today, but after using the product bought, the VooPoo S, Ive heard a stone like sound inside the body? Going to pop and see the gentleman to see about the problem.

        I have been going here for 9 years, and always got great advice and deals. Twice now they haven't had what I specifically went in for. This was a vaping product that they recommended to me, so I would have expected that they had the extras that I needed when required. Being out of stock once is acceptable but being out of the same stock twice not so much. They usually offer one bottle of vape oil if they don't have a certain stock in, but he genuinely seemed to not care. That is not how you keep a recurring and loyal customer coming back. You don't recommend a new product to a customer if you are not going to keep the stock levels up for that product.
