        Just like to say what a great job your employe did today, he was polite ,friendly and punctual. He arrived sooner than the call centre said,and got straight to work clearing my blocked drain, I will have no trouble recommending your company to my friends and anyone who needs the same work done.         Unfortunately whilst doing a drains survey on our estate the tanker damaged our drive, the professionalism of Lanes in responding to my concern was tremendous. No backing out, no blaming someone else just accepted it and got on and fixed it in good time. Thank you.
