receptionists think they are the doctor and refuse to give you an appointment and tell you to ring 111 or go to urgent care it is mission impossible to get an appointment with this practice.

i was told to get registered at a doctor when we moved hear about 10 years or more ago and it was a doctor called Dc White who kindly said i needed to be looked after by Community Mental Health Team Services for older people I'm 76 at the moment and due to the very kind help i received in getting my mental health back to normal was admitted to Roseberry Park mental hospital and was very ill when first admitted ( i would never have got better if it wasn't for the kind help i got from the doctors at Norton Medical Centre ) since then i have been many times for treatment at Norton Medical Centre and cant speak highly enough about them due to them and there staff my mental health has got a lot better in every way and feel very well indeed many thanks to Norton Medical Centre for making me feel a lot better
