This surgery has become a total joke. And the receptionists must be the rudest people I have ever dealt with.

rubbish find another practice and i agree with Andrew the practice manager is leaving and a new one starts on Monday but the receptionist told she cant take any calls!!!! I joined this practice in 1958 when there were real doctors (Smith and Hood) with little staff its time to leave except to say that Drs Singh and O'Byrne were first class

Can almost never get through, even the online service is no longer available. Not sure how anyone is meant to get a GP appointment these days.

Rude staff. Can never get appointment. Doctors don't know a cold from chlymidia. 8 could go on

Rude receptionist and impossible to get an appointment. The receptionist also say very rude things about the patients who just rang and the doctors have slammed the phone down on me and left me without any help. I just rang this morning and was out on hold for 30 minutes and then told I hadn't rang the appointment number. Instead of transfering me or trying to help, the receptionist was very rude and refused to help. I have additional needs and the staff don't know how to talk to someone who might not understand things properly.
