Absolutely awful people that work here! I ordered food from here for delivery and must have accidentally put a wrong phone number, and when I rang to ask about the food, I got so much attitude form both the delivery driver and the shop owner. Despite apologizing for my mistake and explaining that I am a doctor who is on call and has been working since before 8 am and can NOT leave the hospital, the only solution they offered was to tell me to come pick up the food myself or send a taxi to pick it up for me. This was going to be my first meal of the day after 9 hrs of work and waiting over an hour for this meal as it was, and they refused to consider re-delivering or at the very least refunding my money. Thanks for your support of the NHS

Awfully slow to deliver 2 bits of cake and a tub of ice-cream. 1hr 20min. I ve had food cooked and delivered in much less time. I will buy elsewhere. Useless service.

Ordered a cheese burger, no salad and extra cheese for my partner. It arrived absolutely smothered in mayonnaise. I contacted the restaurant and they told me "You never state no mayonnaise on the order". The order and the menu had no mention of mayonnaise, however the owner was adamant that they serve their cheeseburgers with mayonnaise as standard. I contacted the takeaway apps customer service and they accepted the takeaways excuse that they serve cheeseburgers with mayo as standard. Therefore, beware if you're ordering a cheeseburger. Even though the menu doesn't state mayonnaise, and even gives you the option to choose mayonnaise as an add on I have it from the restaurants own words that they serve cheeseburgers with mayo, even if you don't select mayo as an add on. Also if anyone has ordered a cheeseburger and it didn't come with mayo, please contact me by email if you'd like to help me understand whether or not they've just came up with an excuse to avoid paying a refund or replacing the burger thanks. After terminating the call on me it's clear that the restaurant won't take accountability for their own mistakes. So if you wanna avoid burgers smothered in mayo, don't use this takeaway. YUCK!!!
