Alpha Dental Care - NHS Dentist Stockton

Had a cap put back on my tooth and it fell out a month later. Left cement on my other teeth and gums. Awful please avoid.

The dentist I see (Paran) is always very friendly and did a great job advising me of treatment options when discussing a query I had about one of my teeth. The nurses have always been chatty and friendly and the reception staff are prompt at making appointments and sending out reminders so I dont forget . Never had an issues and the practice is local to me!

Cannot fault the service at this dental practice. Receptionists and dental nurses are very helpful and approachable and the dentists the same. I have a 6 monthly check up and clean with mr Diddee and the dental therapist, each time extremely thorough and always get a detailed explanation as to what treatment has been carried out and why, and what further treatment is needed, if any. I have also had implant treatment performed by Haytham Abbas in which I was very nervous about due to it being an invasive procedure and I am not particularly fond of injections/needles. Haytham put me totally at ease throughout the whole process and the results are fantastic, I even vow it is the best money I have ever spent. On the whole, a very good, friendly and extremely professional practice with a very high standard and a particularly good attention to detail.

Appointments being constantly cancelled by the dentist for my daughter her dentist is never their then we finally get an appointment and the dentist says she has poor dental hygiene! When queensway said her dental hygiene is fine need to get their facts right the same dentist got our address wrong too ! Then blamed me for not responding!dentist was very rough on my daughter and hurt her gums so bad they were bleeding bad visible scratches on her gums no mouth rinse offered so she had to use tissue that i had in my car she upset my daughter who tried really hard to keep up with her routine this dentist needs more compassion towards clients especially kids! Have some compassion ! People are having hard times and don't expect to visit their dentist for a negative experience my daughter was really upset she's 12 for gods sake!

Decent NHS dentist practice which also has private dentist work. They have their own policy you can pay into to provide benefits. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. They lost a star due to parking issues
