        This lot have either hired theives or hired the most incompetent people on the planet. Honestly, don't use them. There is genuinely a very high risk of your parcel "going missing" but they will still say it was delivered because it says so on their so called system.. their system doesn't live in reality much like themselves.

        Waiting a week for delivery. Been on hold to depot for over 30 mins. Keep being informed that there's a problem with delivery. LET ME COLLECT IT THEN. How can I rearrange things if I can't get in touch with anyone. You do not deserve a single star rating.

        This company doesn't even deserve 1 star. AVOID!! Terrible service. They don't deliver on the day they've sent you confirmation. When calling them back to ask why they make some ridiculous excuses and say that email of confirming the date isn't really compensation . What a load of cowboys.

        Driver handed our delivery to the wrong address. DPD refuse to provide details of location - its within a few dozen metres of our home. 1. If they acted swiftly as we did to notify them it wouldve been sorted. 2. They are aiding and abetting fraudulent activity by refusing to assist in the recovery of the package. 3. Seller too far removed to act and item no longer available!!!
