After the 10th time of visiting my local shop i hear those all too familiar words "sorry we dont have any in" and I just kick myself because deep down I knew yous wouldn't have these basic items people need in stock. I'm a local and after speaking to many other neighbours and even your own staff. It's clear yous can't run a convenience store. You don't stock the basics such as Baby wipes, pet food, cooking oil to name a few. Your stock management is very poor, and the excuses such as "oh there didn't have any" is a lie. The suppliers are there such as batleys or bookers it's just either laziness or cash flow is limited. Either way the locals lose out. BIG TIME Pizza is terrible. Nachos terrible. Yous thought a 35k pizza oven will make magic but guess what its all about ingredients. You must also know ALL THIS AS EVEN YOUR staff say it hasn't taken off. Focus on the shop or sell it, so we can have a proper local shop For our area.

Shops gone massively down hill recently! No longer a convenience store but seems to be more focused on waffles and pizza! The rest of the shelves are empty.. never have anything I used to often buy in there so pretty disappointing! If I wanted a pizza or waffle I'd go to a pizza or dessert shop!
