Notice on door saying sorry ,closed for lunch. It would have been helpful if a timescale was given e.g. reopen at 2pm,instead everyone was left second guessing what time 'lunch' would be over. Very unprofessional and not the sort of attitude /action that would normally be associated with WHSmith, especially because the Post Office is also inside the store.
